Terms of service
Last updated October 29, 2026
By using Shaking Head AI, you agree to these terms and the privacy and refund policies. The service provides AI-generated entertainment from photos you have the right to use.
What the service is
The current effect generates a 7.36-second, 720p vertical head-shake video from one photo using Seedance 2.0 Mini. The original trend audio excerpt is added afterward at its original speed, without looping. Motion, likeness and completion time can vary; exact beat synchronization or a copy of a TikTok reference is not guaranteed. TikTok references are credited third-party examples and are not outputs from this service.
Your content
You must have permission to upload and animate every person shown, and all people in uploads must be adults. Do not use the service for non-consensual impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, fraud or infringing material. You retain your rights in your input and authorize processing needed to deliver the service. Rights in results depend on your source material and applicable provider terms. Including the reference sound does not grant additional rights to commercial songs or third-party likenesses.
Credits and payments
Each video uses 20 credits. The one-time packs are $8.80 for 20 credits, $18.80 for 60 credits and $28.80 for 100 credits, in USD. Purchased credits do not expire and are not a subscription. A job marked failed or canceled returns the credits spent on that job. Payment refunds are reviewed under the refund policy. Do not open multiple accounts to bypass service limits.
No warranty
AI outputs are provided as generated and can contain artifacts or unexpected results. Review your video before sharing and label AI-generated media where required. We do not guarantee virality, exact resemblance, a particular platform outcome or uninterrupted availability. Any limits on liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date.
