This policy explains how Shaking Head AI handles information when you use this photo-to-video service. Contact support@shakingheadai.org with questions or deletion requests.
What we collect
We process your account email and sign-in details, uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos, credit balances, order references and technical logs needed to operate the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by this application. We may use IP addresses and essential cookies to secure accounts and limit abuse.
Who processes it
The service uses Cloudflare for hosting, database and file storage; Stripe for payments; and APIMart and its model providers to generate videos. Your photo must be shared with those generation processors to produce your video. We do not sell your uploaded photos. If you follow an original-source link, TikTok applies its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Photos and results are stored so your jobs can run and you can retrieve them. We do not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Unlisted media URLs act as shareable links: anyone who has a link may access its content, and a downloaded or cached copy cannot be recalled. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material. Account, transaction and security records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. External generation providers apply their own retention policies.
Cookies
Essential cookies maintain your session, preserve attribution and protect against abuse. Your browser session storage remembers your uploaded photo path so it survives sign-in and checkout. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and interactions such as opening pricing and starting checkout. Google Analytics may use cookies and process browser, device and visit information. We do not send your photos, prompts or email address as analytics event data.
Your choices
Contact support@shakingheadai.org to request access to or deletion of your account and files. Include your account email and relevant order or job IDs; do not send your payment card number. Only upload your own pet, yourself, or an adult who agreed to the use. This service is intended for adults.
